• **Advocacy and Legislation ~ Keep tabs on what National and State PTA are doing in terms of advocacy and legislation, and report to the Association. Attend LBUSD Superintendent Parent Forum meetings and report to Association.

• Arts Committee ~ Helps coordinate art lessons, art shows, music activities, and PTA Reflections art program.

• Book Fair ~ Work on committee to set up and work the Book Fair in November.

• Beautification ~ Help to maintain the landscaping around the school: watering, weeding, trimming and some planting. No experience needed.

• Bulletin Board ~ Design and Update the PTA Bulletin Board.

• **Cubs Den Newsletter Coordinator ~ Reach out to groups on campus to gather important information to be included in the Cubs Den newsletter once a month.

• Cub of the Month~ Coordinate supplies, create certificates, and distribute awards to teachers once a month.

• DEI- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion~ Volunteers needed to help celebrate heritage and affinity months.

• Drug and Alcohol Prevention Week~ Coordinate activities during the week in October.

• Fundraising~ Assist with fundraising efforts.

• Hall of Fame ~ Participate in the selection process of our 8th grade Hall of Fame inductees. Cubberley Middle School parents are not able to participate. Requires 3 evenings in April/May of meetings and student interviews as a committee.

• Honor Roll Luncheon ~ Plan, organize and set-up luncheon for middle school honor roll students (once a year)

• Hospitality ~ Help out with staff luncheons and Teacher Appreciation activities.

• Lost and Found/ Uniform Exchange~ Keep the lost and found organized and help to return labeled items to students. Help to coordinate uniform exchange program.

• Spirit Wear ~ Help with the sale, organizing and delivery of spirit wear.
