Please join us in the auditorium, after the PTA meeting on Thursday, Jan. 18th at 6:00 p.m., for the year’s first session of the Cubberley Parent Education Series— Raising Independent and Empathetic Kids: parenting strategies for building confidence, capability, and resilience. We’ll explore the negative outcomes associated with overparenting, how to avoid entitlement, and discuss practical, positive strategies for helping kids develop self-confidence, empathy, and independence.
